Every non-profit thrives or dies by their community partnerships. Maintaining these relationships requires clear communication of deliverables for their sponsorship dollars. These sponsorship sheets give potential partners a clear visual overview of their sponsorship benefits.

Each template is co-branded to the target partner. To facilitate quick turn around from the marketing team, templates are designed to be “mix-and-match” from a menu of options. This creates a unique sheet for each presentation.

After the campaign concluded, we compared the success of each email. The first touch generated the best response, followed by the “donation matching” email.

No campaign is complete without a follow-up. Our letter to donors summarized this year’s giving and featured images from social media.
